No, we do not accept Section 8 vouchers.
Are utilities included?
No, utilities are not included in the rent.
Is renter's insurance required?
Renter’s insurance is required for all residents, with a minimum liability coverage of $100,000. This coverage helps protect you from financial responsibility in case of accidental damage or injury occurring within your rental unit. We partner with Homebody to provide convenient insurance options, but you are welcome to choose any provider that meets the required coverage. Proof of insurance must be submitted before move-in and maintained throughout your lease term.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
The clubhouse is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays. The clubhouse can be rented for afterhours use for an additional fee.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
The fitness center is open 24 hours a day.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
What are the hours for the business center?
The business center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
What are the hours of the laundry facility?
We do not have a community laundry facility, as each apartment comes with a washer and dryer.
Is the apartment set up for working remotely?
Yes, our apartments are ideal for working remotely.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, our apartments are internet and cable-ready. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for their service through AT&T or Xfinity.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Yes, we have Parcel Pending package lockers for secure delivery. Upon move-in, residents will receive enrollment details and access codes. Couriers will place deliveries in lockers, and residents will receive a notification when their package is ready for pickup.
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes, we have both charcoal and propane grills available for residents, the grills are located next to the pool. Residents are responsible for bringing their own grilling supplies and cleaning up after use.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
Valet trash service is available Sunday through Thursday, with collection starting after 7:00 PM. This service comes with a monthly fee of $30.
Are concierge services available?
No, we do not offer concierge services.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes, we welcome pets and provide pet-friendly amenities, including pet waste stations and a designated dog run for your convenience. There are no breed restrictions; however, there is a limit of two pets per unit. A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent may apply. All pets must be registered with the leasing office, and up-to-date vaccination records may be required. Please contact us for specific pricing and additional pet policy details.
What is the parking situation?
Residents can park in our parking garage or in unreserved ground level parking spaces. Reserved carports and uncovered spaces are available for an additional charge.
What is the smoking policy?
Greenbriar Park is a non-smoking community.

No, our apartments are not furnished.

The apartments were built in 1992. Many units have undergone partial or full renovations.

Apartments have either carpet throughout or vinyl flooring throughout.
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?

Kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Appliance finishes vary and may include white, black, or stainless steel, depending on the renovation style.
